Precision Tune Auto Care

Service wonderful, they work quickly, and the pricing is fair. My experience: All the warning lights in my car had come on — so I called them and was able to get it checked out first thing the next morning. Previously, I had taken my car to a dealership that quoted me more than the car was worth, but Precision Tune was able to work with me to get the car in working order for 1/5 the cost that the dealership had quoted me. They walked me through exactly what was wrong with the car, what needed to be fixed, and what to watch out for going forward. The whole team was super friendly and approachable throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend.

Precision Tune was recommended to me by a co-worker. I have always just brought my cars to the dealer. However, I was having something more expensive done and wanted to save some money. I was so impressed with Rob and his team that I will not be returning to the dealer. I found Precision Tune to be honest, caring, great communicators, and fair in their pricing. They are the best!

I’ve known Rob for almost 20 years now. He’s one of the most honest people I know. The shop is run wonderfully, his team is super solid and they really care about their customers. They’ll stay and do the little stuff that means so much. Rob and the entire Precision Tune team set the bar so high that I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Rob is so easy and so straightforward to work with. He and his guys always do their best. Honesty and integrity, and nothing has ever needed correcting but they are the kind of business that would want to make things right if something had to be pointed out. I’ve been coming to Precision for several years now, different cars/makes/models. If something is really specific, Rob will just tell you you need to go to the dealer. Very fair and upfront.

They got me in just a day to have a car I was buying looked at. Found every problem and advised me in how to move forward with getting it fixed. Purchased the car that day and it is a perfect fit for me. So thank you for your professionalism and honesty.
