Parents is one of those mechanics that you can trust not to rip you off. They have a loyal customer base for a reason and they always suggest ways I can save money, or work I can put off for later. I like them so much that even after I moved from the area, I drive from half an hour away just to keep going to them

Parents is the BEST! Really friendly, helpful, and honest people. They've always been communicative and transparent about their prices. I've come here before for oil changes but brought my car in for work that was recommended by another repair shop. After checking in, Tyler said lets take a look at this together before you leave and turns out, I didn't need to have that work done and they saved me a good chunk of change!!! I appreciated that honesty SO much and also that he was willing to show me what exactly we're talking about. I've had multiple cars serviced here over the years—everything from routine oil changes to more involved suspension work. The communication has been decent throughout the process, with updates provided when needed. Service is fast and the team has proven to be reliable time and time again. They've also offered good advice when I've had questions about maintenance or repairs. Pricing seems to be in line with other shops in the area, making it a solid option overall.

Too bad the limit is 5 stars because Mike and his team deserve the whole friggin galaxy!! They're phenomenal with the communication and the hard work. They really went above and beyond. These guys are top notch! Fair with estimates and parts and really explain things well. We had an issue with a part they installed but unfortunately failed while we were out of town and Parents went out of their way to stand by their work and make sure the part and labor were covered by Napa. Highly recommend!
