Nick is the best! He lets me bug him throughout the day when my car is in the shop and answers all of my questions thoroughly. They have repaired my car many times when I was certain there was no way it could be fixed. Would recommend to anybody!

First time using Hawkins Automotive and they were extremely kind and professional. I needed an alignment on the day I called I was able to get in and get it done. There experience speaks for itself.

Today was my first time visiting Hawkins Auto, and I wanted to say that I will definitely be back! All of the workers I met were so kind, and when they found the problem they did an amazing job explaining it to me (someone who knows absolutely nothing about anything to do with cars). They got me in so quickly, took incredible care of me, and got my car back to me by the end of the day. As someone who has had bad experiences going to mechanics as a woman, I felt so assured that they were going to take care of me and my car. Thank you all so much, especially Brian and Nick! (:

Headed over to Hawkins after receiving an outrageous quote for discovered repairs that somehow needed immediate attention from a certain Bloomington based Toyota dealership. I was pretty transparent with the folks at Hawkins about what the suggested repairs from the dealership were and they absolutely could've just charged me a little less to do the same repairs, but instead, they did an honest check up and deduced that those repairs were not at all necessary. What I thought was going to be a $1600 fix is going to come in around $100. I'll be recommending Hawkins to anyone who'll listen.
