The Lift Garage

I must give God the glory for The Lift Garage. 🙌🏾 they are the most kind and giving “Team” you can ever encounter. Dealing with auto repairs is always challenging. Lift Garage found a way to help secure funds to bring down my out of pocket cost.🎉. I have a vehicle to go to work, run errands & continue to take care of my family. The domino effect of not having transportation to work can be devastating. I THANK every team member, from administration, front desk, mechanics, and volunteers. You all truly made an impact in my life. Now how many people can say that about their auto shop. Blessings🙏🏽

You dont deserve this one start! Part one of what I am going through regarding the Lyft Garage... (OMG) this place was suppose to help the comunity, but instead they have gotten over on me many times until I realized the lyft garage Is very unreliable, my 2017 truck almost broke down because the lyft garage forgot to put oil in my vehicle which I felt something was wrong I took it back and they had the nerve to test drive my vehicle and describe to me that my vehicle is fine. The lyft garage explained they need to tighten the bolts. Oh and now my tires shake as I do press on the brake. I thought this was going to help me so much going into it since you guys have 4.1 stars, but that was not the case. I initially went in because of a whining noise when I accelerated from a stop which was never fixed. They did a bunch of "safety" work on my vehicle which is nice I guess but just look at how they left my interior. There was even more dirt/grease on my driver's seat. I shouldn't have to clean up after you guys. It might be worth it to see a shop and pay full price to ensure you're issue is resolved.

Lyft garage did 1700 worth of work on my car just for my power steering to go out again on top of that my Service airbag came on after all the work that was done on my car and when I said something to them about it, they said it was already on and I have proof that it was not on. They told me they don’t work on the airbag even though it’s something that they did, they did not fix the airbag situation. My power steering went out twice just for them to tell me that it was the part that went out and for me to have to pay an extra $55 for the part for them to keep my car for two weeks for a power steering it was supposed to be done 3-10 and it didn’t get done until 3-11 when we called on 3-10 th…

Initially had a good experience with the shop and was glad to have an affordable option. Unfortunately the issue I brought my car in for back in June has not yet been resolved, I dropped my car off for a recheck and am told I have to make another appointment to fix the issue that has been going on since the beginning. I don’t know if there is a problem with double checking things but I’m bummed to have to figure out another option as I don’t feel confident this issue will be able to be resolved at this shop.
